ligajuara Terms of Use
We at ligajuara set out these terms to establish the rules under which we operate our platform and serve players across supported Indonesian jurisdictions. By creating an account and using ligajuara—whether via Android app, iOS browser, or desktop—you agree to abide by these terms. Our policy covers account opening, deposits and withdrawals, bonus terms, dispute resolution, and the jurisdictional limits of our service.
These terms apply to all players on ligajuara, from account registration through gameplay and payment processing. We keep our language plain so that users in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Semarang, and Yogyakarta can understand their obligations and our commitments without legal jargon. If any part of these terms conflicts with your local jurisdiction's law, we defer to the stricter rule.
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. We notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of ligajuara after the amendment date means you have accepted the updated terms.
Account Opening & Eligibility on ligajuara
To open an account on ligajuara, you must be an adult (18 years or older, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). You must provide accurate personal information—full legal name, valid email address, phone number, and an Indonesian national ID number. We verify this information before you can deposit or withdraw.
We do not knowingly accept players from restricted jurisdictions. Our services on ligajuara are available only where applicable local law permits. You are responsible for ensuring that your access and use of ligajuara comply with your own jurisdiction's regulations. We reserve the right to suspend or close your account if we determine that you are accessing our platform from a restricted location or if your activity indicates non-compliance with local law.
You may hold only one account on ligajuara. If we discover duplicate accounts linked to the same player, we will close all but one without notice and may forfeit any balance in the duplicate accounts. You agree not to share your login credentials with third parties or allow anyone else to access your account.
Identity Verification & KYC
Before your first withdrawal, we require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This subject to verification windows and third-party banking checks. We ask for:
- A copy of your Indonesian national ID (KTP) or passport.
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government letter dated within 3 months).
- Confirmation of your date of birth and residential address as registered with us.
We do not store these documents on our servers; they are transferred encrypted to our verification partner and deleted after clearance. Verification typically completes within 24–48 hours on business days. If your verification is delayed, we will notify you via email. Once approved, you unlock full withdrawal access on ligajuara.
Deposits & Withdrawals on ligajuara
We support eight payment methods on ligajuara: six e-wallets (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) and four Indonesian banks (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). All payment processing is encrypted and complies with data-protection standards.
Deposit Terms
Deposits on ligajuara are non-refundable once credited to your account. If you make a deposit by mistake, contact our support team immediately; we may reverse it if processed within 24 hours, but reversal is not guaranteed. Your deposit is credited to your ligajuara wallet and available for gameplay immediately. We display all fees—charged by your bank or e-wallet provider—before you confirm the transaction.
During public holidays (Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, Nyepi), deposits via bank transfer may be delayed 1–2 business days. E-wallet deposits (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment) typically process 24/7. We do not impose daily or monthly account preferences, but your payment provider may.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawals on ligajuara always return to the payment method used for deposit. If you deposited via online payment, your withdrawal goes to e-wallet; if via mobile banking, to your local payment account. We do not permit cross-method withdrawals. If you want to withdraw via a different payment method, deposit via that method in a separate transaction.
E-wallet withdrawals (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) typically settle within subject to verification. Bank withdrawals (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) settle subject to banking hours and inter-bank clearing; expect 1–2 business days. We process withdrawal requests 24/7, but banks do not. On public holidays, bank processing slows; e-wallets remain faster.
We may require additional verification for withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds. This is subject to banking compliance windows; we do not guarantee instant clearance. Once your withdrawal is approved, you cannot cancel it.

Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn as cash unless explicitly stated. To receive a bonus on ligajuara, you must meet all conditions specified—including minimum deposit, minimum wagering, or time limits. Failure to meet these conditions results in forfeiture of the unclaimed bonus. We reserve the right to cancel any bonus if we suspect abuse or fraud.
Dispute Resolution
If you dispute a transaction or game outcome on ligajuara, contact our support team within 72 hours of the incident. We will review your case against our records and settle records with official data sources (Liga 1, Piala Indonesia, or other event organizers). If we confirm an error, we will correct your account balance retroactively. If we find no error, we will explain our decision in writing. Disputes older than 72 hours are final and non-reviewable.
Suspension & Account Closure
We may suspend or close your account on ligajuara if we suspect:
- Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation of identity.
- Use of multiple accounts by the same player.
- Violation of these terms or applicable law.
- Access from a restricted jurisdiction.
- Abusive or threatening behaviour toward staff or other players.
Upon suspension, your account is frozen; you cannot deposit or withdraw. We will notify you of the reason and the duration of suspension if applicable. If your account is permanently closed, we will return any remaining balance to your registered withdrawal method, subject to verification. Closure may take 14–30 days to process.
Our Liability & Your Responsibility
ligajuara operates on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free gameplay. We are not liable for losses caused by network failures, device errors, or third-party payment-processor delays beyond our control. You accept full responsibility for the security of your login credentials and devices. If your account is compromised due to your negligence, we are not liable for unauthorised transactions.
These terms are our commitment to clear, fair play. We enforce them consistently across all ligajuara players, and we ask that you do the same—honest account use, timely payment of verified debts, and respect for our platform.
Jurisdictional Notice
Our services on ligajuara are available only where local law permits. We do not offer access in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited. Players acknowledge that their use of ligajuara may be subject to local taxation, reporting, or regulatory approval. We do not accept liability for any breach of local law by users. If you are uncertain about the legality of your access in your jurisdiction, we recommend consulting local legal counsel before creating an account on ligajuara.
